Form 941 Payment Address for Texas

Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return or Form 941 for short is an earnings report that everyone who operates a business must complete. Unless they don’t have any employees. So if you’re an employer that has employees working for you, at the last of each quarter, you must complete and submit a Form 941.

Form 941 provides some useful information to the IRS such as taxes withheld from employee’s paychecks and their contribution to FICA. The form also reports the employer’s Social Security and Medicare taxes which makes up the FICA.

There are two mailing addresses that employers need to send their Form 941. The one with payment must be sent to the Department of the Treasury while Form 941 without the payment must be sent to Internal Revenue Service.

Which of the mailing addresses you will send the Form 941 is depended upon the state you’re living in. If you’re living in Texas, you must send your completed Form 941 with payment to:

Department of the Treasury
Internal Revenue Service
Ogden, UT 84201-0005

You can send the Form 941 without payment to
